The initial number of simultaneous locking entities created by the Berkeley DB environment

Remarks

This value is used by Open(String, DatabaseEnvironmentConfig) to force Berkeley DB to allocate a certain number of locker objects when the environment is created. This can be useful if an application uses a large number of locker objects, and experiences performance issues with the default dynamic allocation algorithm.

If the database environment already exists when Open(String, DatabaseEnvironmentConfig) is called, the value of InitLockers will be ignored.
